Salut Henri,

the only places to do this would be the aft port locker.  The factory tank has a capacity of 210 ltrs.
If you gor for the port locker your boat will be listing to port.

The only other option would be to sacrifice the storage underneath the starbord saloon bench. Then you need to modify the woodwork underneath the cushion to get a decent size in.

Thank you Fendant for your suggestions.
Fiducial you expériment yourself one of these solutions ? If yes, what is the capacity of the additional tank ?

Yes Henri, I have installed a 120 ltr grey water tank in the port locker, when this is full the boat list 3 deg more to port. I have also installed an additional 50 ltr black water holding tank behind the panel in the shower. Never had a problem with 210 ltr capacity in the front tank.
The best estimate you can find in the literature is that every crewmember needs 5 ltr water per day. That gives you 40 days autonomy or 10 days with 4 crewmembers with 200 ltr useable capacity, In fact when I fill the tank in spring I can get 230 ltrs in.

I have however thrown the crappy unreliable cheapo camping car level sensor out and replaced it with a reliable magnetic sensor.

Hallo Frank,
like you, I am also fed up with the crappy watersensor in my 345, and like you I would like to replace it by a Philippi sensor.
Can you recall which type you used in your 345 and is it possible to connect it to the standard display or do you need a new display as well ?
Thanks for your info in advance !

Frank

Hi Frank,

I used tge TGW for the fresh water tank and the TGT for the fuel tank. Check your tank depth and determine whether you need 200 or 250 mm length. I used 250 mm ( # 660 11 7081 ) and adapter flange ( # 660 10 9010 ) for the fuel tank.

You can connect these sensors to the Würth panel.

I doubted the value shown with the crappy VDO fuel sensor ( still 82%) after one season. When I connected the new  TGT to the Würth panel it dropped to 51% Angry
