Interested to see if anyone has had any issues with chain getting trapped in the anchor roller when droppping or lifting the anchor up - I'm trying to free the roller from the hex key bolts on both sides but one side has seized and I can't get the the bolt out.

Had this same issue with the anchor roller on my 400, the metal shaft that the synthetic roller runs on is drilled and tapped at each end with counter sunk screw at each end. In reality you can get one screw loose but not both.
I drilled the head of the end that was stuck, unscrewed the other end and removed the whole assembly. I think used bolt with a nut one side to make suture removal much more straight forward, infact i welded the nut to one side. This is prime example of form over function to look pretty but in reality not that smart.
