Hope that someone can help me.
I have some issues with my webasto heater, so I desided to take the heater out of the boat so I can have it serviced. Before removing the heater, I removed the fused.( it took me a couple of years to find the fuse, BTW) But in that proces, it appers that somehow I have done something wrong. Now there is no power to any of the contacts in the power panel. So, do anyone know if there is a central fuse that covers the powerpanel.? There is power to the gauges for fuel and water tank, and batterycheck works ok. So do anyone have any idea on this matter? Best regards Lasse Skjalm |

Hi
There is a fuse (60 A) in the same room as the hot water tank in the aft cabin. The fuse supplying the control panel with voltage from the battery. The fuse is located on the side wall, making it hard to get to. It may be that the fuse is blown or a bad connection. |

I think that 60A fuse covers the whole of the power supply to the panel and so if it had failed then there would be no meter readings. I do not know how representative Agathe is of a 341, as my hot water tank is in the back lockers, so look for the fuse under the starboard cabin bed.
I do have a wiring list that I can send you that may help. PM me your email address and I will send it to you.

That's why I asked the question as to the model of yacht as I have a 341 and the fuse for my Webasto Heater is wired directly back to the battery via a fuse located in the same locker as the hot water tank.

That is the question that needs answering before anyone can take a shot at suggesting a solution. Even once this has been established it may take a few owners to reply as there are very slight differences in the wiring dependent on what supplementary equipment has been fitted.

Thank you all for you quick replies.
The boat is a 342. The problem is solved now, it was a issue with the circut breakers, as Graham342 pointed out. Thank you very much for the help. Best regards Lasse Edited by missradich - 04 May 2016 at 13:32 |
