Good Evening all

I'm hoping someone might be able to help.

I lost the faucet aerator overboard while cleaning it out and am having one heck of a time trying to find a replacement here in the states without knowing the brand/model.  The "standard" aerators are too large for the faucet.

Does anyone know what brand/model faucet was installed on the 400e (2007)?
Failing that, does anyone have said info for a 2006 or 2008?

Thanks in advance for any and all help,

Carlos & Maria

Hi guys
Have you tried looking at the Whale or Ambassador brands?
Have a look at page 354 of the Paynes Hardware catalog. If I remember correctly, the Whale galley faucet was identical to the original Hanse. Once you have the brand, you can chase down individual parts

Good day Steve

I can't begin to thank you enough for the info and especially the catalog link - yes, my faucet looks exactly like the Whale T1211.

I'll post a reply with details once I track down the aerator just in case someone else ends up in the same situation as me.

Again, Thank you!

I found replacement ones in a 1 Euro/Pound type of shop in Portugal.
Bought a pack of three for a couple of euro.

That's great neilbay!
I've contacted the manufacturer, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
But that's a great idea and I will see if I can find a similar source around here.

BTW, forgive me for being so bold, but you wouldn't be interested in selling one of those three would you?   If so, please PM me.

regards,

Carlos & Maria
