Hej,
Var med om en kuslig upplevelse i söndags när blixten slog ned i masttoppen. Det blev förstås en väldig smäll/tryckvåg inne i båten. Den största energin jordade ur genom logg-genomföringen som i princip exploderade och båten började läcka. Efter att båten togs upp på varv kan konstateras en hel del brännmärken vid genomföringar och vid roder. Någon som har erfarenhet av hur omkringliggande laminat klarar dessa påfrestningar och hur man bäst åtgärdar dessa?

Very sad to see this, I can feel with you!
You defintly need a boat expert to analyse these things. There can be severe damages to the boat if a lightning has hit the boat. Also the elctronic is mostly detroyed! I hope you have a good insurance as this can be very epensive. I hope it was only a very small "lightning" and the damage is only on the surface. But to be honest, i have seen several boats which were hit by a lightning. Mostly you see only small damages on the surface. The most expensive ones are hidden, broken wooden parts, delamination etc.! Check your boat again and again! Edited by Peter-Blake - 14 June 2013 at 13:45 |

Jag har alltid undrat hur Hanse kopplar mast och stag till kölen.
Tydligen så görs det inte. Istället så går blixtnedsl*get igenom laminatet och genomföringarna ut i vattnet. Borde inte den korrekta konstruktionen vara sådan att stag och mast är kopplad till några kölbultar med tjocka kablar ?? Nån som vet ? Micke Edited by Forth - 06 August 2013 at 11:58 |

Jag har alltid haft en grov fåtrådig kopparkabel mellan mastfoten och en kölbult.

25mm2 Cu- kabel eller 35mm2 Al-kabel borde räcka for blixten.

ett gnistgap borde vara en fördel för att reducera risken för galvaniska strömmar,
vid hög spänning jordas mast/vant till kölen
