Both of my tanks are weeping fuel from the fittings.  The boat has a slight smell of fuel and I can see dampness on the tops of the tanks with a slight amount of pooling.   Have you resealed these fittings?  What did you use?  Are they pipe threads? Use Teflon tape on threads?
Thoughts?

Thanks!!

My understanding is that teflon tape is acceptable for fuel oil.  That said, it should only be necessary on tapered thread.  If the fittings are compression-type (or any other similar fitting), tape is not indicated.  In that case, it is possible that the fittings are not torqued properly.  I might clean up all the oil, check the fitting types and re-do as required, and then spread oil absorbent cloth under each fitting to see if they are still leaking and where the leaks are originating.  My 505 tanks show no signs of leaking and there is no oil smell in the boat whatsoever.  Just an idea.  Maybe others are more familiar.

This looks weird!  Good engineering practice is that you should not use metal threaded fittings into polymer structures. If you use polymer threaded fittings large washers are indicated, which distribute the load.
Out of experience I never fill my HDPE tank more than 90% as I do not trust the flange design at all. I made the experience with the new boat, where a couple of liters Diesel ended up in the bilge from leak(s) somewhere.
