Bonjour cher collegue,
I assume that Hanse is using the same euipment on al models: It is 6.40 € only. My advice is buy at least three, because they have tendency to go over board unexpectedly during refueling operations :) |

Just for
information. Another part that you may lose unexpectedly is the cap itself. The
caps for water and diesel tanks are secured with a chain, but it may get
broken. The cap of black water holding tank can’t be secured even with the
chain. If you lose any of the caps, you will be in big trouble.
So, here is a solution: https://www.svb.de/de/ersatzdeckel-fuer-tankeinfuellstutzen.html For our 2008 Hanse, the 38 mm “Ersatzdeckel” is the right one (Artikel 13572). We have some spare parts, just in case. Newer lost any of them, but nice to know that it would not be a catastrophe. |

Now the spare lid has arrived. As written, it has been difficult to find these spare parts. The lid has the following label: Part No. 83144Ersatz D-G-W Replacement Diesel, Gas, Water Art-NO. 8314 A4 DI-GAS-WA barcode 4022697612171 The key has label: 83144SCHÜSSEL Both can be purchased at www.SVB.de On the current fuel lid, the o-ring appears to be slightly worn. With the new lid it is possible to measure which o-ring fits. The O-ring has an inner diameter of 35 mm and it is 3 mm thick. After I bought the boat in November, there was a suspicion that there was water in the fuel. The former owner has not changed the water separator filter for some years and the boat has probably also sailed with eco-diesel and not just marine diesel. This is how the filter looked. The filter was a MANN P917 and is a standard part so it was switched to a Perkins 26561117. The tank has also been emptied and luckily there was no dirt or water. /h8jer |
