After bringing our 350 from Medemblik to Delfzijl; 140Nm with 7.2 average, with not much wind but favorite tide, we had our first trip with 5B today.
This boat handles so easy! Everything works perfectly and smoothly.

Small modifications we did last week:
- Teak handrails inside on rooftop stringers
- Frames in our port 'workshop/storeroom' to fit 12 Curver boxes
- Check and tighten the rigging
- Fitting a lot of hangers for clothing
- Fit the vent in the motorroom freely with tie-wraps instead of with screws to the bulkhead. Motor and fan both running very quit now.

Hope we can try our 40m2 Genoa next week, and maybe our Gennaker will delivered also.

Love this boat!

Regards, Rob

Hi Rob,

Good you came home safe and enjoyed the trip without problems. I noticed you are ready making all sorts of changes and we would be interrested to see some pictures of your modifications specially about the inside handrails.

Br00tus, yes I'll post some pictures as soon as I have my (main) laptop working again, I can't work at pictures on the 1 I'm typing on right now.
Hope I can send some pictures later this week.

Also fitting a workbench with a small vice, can be handy...Wink

Pictures will be a little delayed as I have a broken (right) splint bone last Wednesday during biking. Just back from hospital, have a little Stainless inside with 7 screws. Recovery will take at least 6 weeks....

Could be more serious.Wink
