Hi,
I've recently had a failure of Spinnaker Halyard Sheave box and Sheave. (part number if anyone is curious is Selden 505-068-10. one thing to note from the Selden brochure for this part: C90 kit* (composite) is the Asterisk: Spinnaker halyard/lift box; always combine with halyard lead or lead block. I've got 2 questions: Does anyone have this setup on their 505? If so, do you have a photo? Either with or without a 2:1 halyard, are folks using the "Forestay fitting
incl. lead block with
stand-up spring" . shown on the Selden brochure on page 25? http://www.seldenmast.com/files/excerpts/595-808-E-24-31.pdf |
