370e hatch replacements

   Our Hanse 370e has most it's life here in the harsh tropical climate of Cairns, Australia. All the hatches and portlights are crazed and the handles etc are starting to break so we would like to replace them all.

We have been able to source the top hatches (Lewmar Size 60)  but finding drop in replacements of the portlights in the vberth, saloon and cabins is more difficult. Has anyone replaced those hatches? Can you suggest a source? If you have replaced with an alternative do you have any photos?
