My 385 hull #114 suddenly will not charge house batteries thru either shore power & Sterling pro charge 20, or when running engine. Suspected Cyrix-I batter combiner, replaced with Xantrex Eco charger, still nothing getting to house bank. Suspect something in common with engine and shore power charging. Anyone have any ideas?

1) battery fuse
2) current shunt
3) broken battery pole
4) dead open circuited battery
5) corroded cable end
6) corroded or molten battery switch

Is the battery completely empty?

The 370 has a fuse in neutral feed from mains charger that also is in line with the split charger for engine.
When this fuse fails the system works giving powered to every thing; but the charge system fails for house.

What caused these items to fail? Did your Electrician give you any explanation?

There was no apparent cause. Hanse has had trouble with Sterling chargers. The model installed in factory is no longer made by Sterling
