I have recently had to replace my rudder, in order to pass Coding inspection.  The original rudder has some pitting on the stock - nothing that's not to be expected for a 15 year old yacht.   

It looks serviceable to me and the boatyard agrees.  It's in Largs. 

I'm happy to sell it if anyone can make use of it.

The rudder blade is 1520mm long.  Here is a marked up drawing with the dimensions I can measure ticked or corrected..

Hi Jon, 
Thanks for the dimensions. That is identical dimensions to the rudder in my 2007 400e which I want to replace.

My rudder has very poor form in the profile, and really isn't big enough for the boat in many conditions. In a following sea or gusty conditions we were getting too many round ups.  have decided to go with the RUD40 replacement from Jeffa. I thought maybe yours was longer version.

I'm guessing that around the time our boats were built Hanse fitted shorter rudders  to suit the shallow draft 400's, or maybe they just got the original size wrong.  Are you getting a RUD40 too?
