I need to replace our current 3 blade Flexofold propeller and decided to look at other options before we go with the exact same model.

Curious if others have upgraded to the Maxprop either 3 or 4 blade feathering prop or the Gori prop?  If so, did you notice any improvement in performance?

I am also considering adding in the Yanmar rope cutter since we are sailing in Mexico for a few more months before sailing back to California.  Fishing lines/crab pot lines are all over the west coast.
Thanks,
Gary

Im curious about line cutter too. I recently cleaned a nylon wire wrapped around my shaft while changing the SD60 anode. Was completely invisible unless the anode is removed. Also hooked up a floating crab pot rope by keel, luckily while sailing and nothing has happened. I heard Yanmar line cutter for SD60 is not compatible with Flexofold. I checked that ShaftShark is easy to install on any type of prop but they need a diameter of our 3 blade Flexprop, does anybody know?
