How does one gain access to the main electrical panel under the chart table. and in particular to the windlass breaker.

Duncan,
There are two obvious removeable panels (one with a large vented panel in it) on the outboard side under the nav station which give access to this area. If you remove the helm seat access is better or just squirm under the nav station. The anchor winch fuse and relay are both in this area.
