Curious if any one has replaced electric winch buttons?

My buttons sometimes stick and winch is engaged after I release button.  The rubber is broken down. Curious if anyone on this forum has replaced electric winch buttons or had similar problems?

I electrified my winches and installed the buttons. Also some time after I moved one button to another place because I wanted to install a different instrument in that location. What is the problem you are trying to solve? The buttons are screwed by three screws into fiberglass. Undo the screws, cut off the wires at the back, screw in new buttons and reattach the wires.

Lewmar controls are now larger. So I am interested in access to backing to over drill, epoxy and replace controls.
