Alu reinforcement deck for padeye and clutch

   Hi, I'want to install two more padeyes and a clutch on deck on the starboard side. Unfortunately I can't bolt it from the inside of the stern cabins as the ceiling is moulded and installed in one piece. (At least without destroying it.)
I asked Hanse for technical drawings but it looks like that the spots are not reinforced. 
How have you solved this? 
Please see pics of the current padeyes and clutch as well as the tech drawing attached.
