anchor light/foredeck light

Just heading out to anchor tonite and find that both anchor and forecdeck light are out -but not steaming light!!Anyone any idea if there is a fuse connected to these on the 415 ? all fuses on the fuse panel are OK.

Also if its just bulbs any idea what is required prior to shinning up the mast when we get back  .? If so both gone since last weekend!
