Hello- The nut end of the bolt that holds the anchor rollers in place has come loose and has been lost. I have not been able to find a replacement. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? Many thanks.

I had this problem last year but I also lost the pin.  I had to source replacements from the UK dealer.  Ordered them in August and only just received (partly due to my own nomadic existence).
If you still have the pin and roller you should be able to find a suitable bolt and washer to replace the one you have lost.  It requires a countersunk headed bolt and cup washer, not sure of the size or length but if you only lost one you'll be able to measure the other side.

I recommend using loctite when refitting.

I was fortunate that I have the double roller on my boat. The pin was lost while anchoring and I had to hang over the bow in a bosun's chair and swap the pin and roller from the port side to starboard where and anchor/windlass was.

Hello,

I have lost a bolt of my single anchor roller. Were you able to find the replacement bolt? I am looking for the length and size. I can read A4-70 on the other bolt. To remove the roller, I must be able to block it with a bolt to unscrew the centre threaded pin.

When I lost my bolt, I bought a A4 bolt, something like Ø 10-12mm and lenght like 100-120mm. Then I drilled a small hole in the end for the split pin. Has worked for 10 years.
