I have an "antenna" on each side. I would assume that one is the gps antenna, but what is the other one??

On my 345 there are two GPS antennae - one for the V50 AIS and one for the Zeus MFD. If you access the system menu on the Zeus and looks for the network device list you will find all of the devices detected on your system.

No - you select which of the two GPS sources you will use for the AP in the same Network Devices menu.

Do you think that I will be able to connect one like this, without any new receiver?

If I'm interpreting your picture correctly, the round dome should say "BT-1" which is the bluetooth receiver for the WR10 remote controller you included as a picture. I recently purchased a WR10 and paired it to the existing BT-1 base. At first, I thought I need to isolate the BT-1 from the NMEA2000 network while everything else was on since the instructions made a big deal about disconnecting the BT-1. It was going to be trouble getting to where it was connected to the backbone. Instead, I turned off the whole NMEA network and then powered it back up. When it powers on, that puts the base station into "discovery" mode, where you then follow the very brief & simple procedure for pairing with your WR10 remote.
The manual is: https://softwaredownloads.navico.com/Lowrance/FTP/Lowrance_Software%20-%20Copy/Documents/WR10-BT-1_QRG_EN_988-10831-004_w.pdf If your dome says something else, then disregard my response. It would be a different device. By the way, I've been following your refit updates with amazement. Nice work and an even more impressive pace of work!

Thanks for the help Jon
I'll go and see if this one is called BT-1 Thanks for the feedback on the work, there will be more. The next project will be to mount a windlass at the back, which we use here in Norway. The reason why this will be a big project is that there is no physical space for the winch, so probably have to take a bit of the boat off and recast it.

Thanks, there is clearly not as much space on my 345, but could be useful tips here.

On our 2013 Hanse, starboard side is an Navico NMEA2000 GPS feeding data directly into NMEA2000 backbone and the port-side one is an active GPS antenna with thin coaxial cable to AIS. AIS usually has a separate GPS antenna independent of everything else. Autopilot takes any data it requires from NMEA2000. That's our systems as fitted at factory. Don't know if that helps!
Cheers.
