I looks like a full crew of 700 kg is sitting in the cockpit.

The anchor up will for sure not change anything significant.

Is the waterline off - or the weight distribution?

Thanks Panos and Stolstol for your answers and good advice.
Like Stolstol's boat, mine has the short keel and there is no bulb. With the water tank full and the anchor up with 60 meters of chain, it is not horizontal at the water line.
Inside, I noticed a two degrees angle on the table and galley counter.
Besides moving my tools near the mast and adding weight below the anchor, there is not very much alternative. I guess that I will have to live with it.

If everything heels 2 degrees it's quite clear the weight distribution is off - not the waterline.

I would not accept living with it.
This must qualify as a construction error and should be corrected without any cost to you.

I find it amazing you take it so easy - wish i had your temperCool.

Hi All,

I wondered about the trim when i saw the 445 for the first time so i asked Judel Vrolijk.

Unlike the 470 and other models the new models are designed that the water run off is at the stern rather than midships so this trim is intended.

Hope this explains it for you

Sorry Yeman,

Then why did Hanse paint the waterline wrong?

Why is the table and floor not level?

If Judel Vrolijk is right then the interior decorator made a 'small' mistake!

I would be interested to see how the deep keel version is floating on the water.

A quick google search for pictures

The visual of the boat before it was produced.

A 2,25 meter keel

It sure seems like the 2,25 keel sits better on the boat. Ermm

It's the two crew members staying on the bow.

Hi Panos,

I just wanted to pass on the information from the naval architects.

We have not noticed the furniture inside not being level on any we have delivered

Kind regards

Thank you Phil,
I will show the above messages to my dealer in Ontario and see what he can do to deal with this issue. The bottom paint on my boat is white so it is easier to see the difference between the bow and the stern than on a boat with a darker color.

My 370 is stern down at the moment, however there are 5 sails in the aft berth, no water in the tank and a tank full of diesel , so I am not surprised,
She comes back level if I move a few bits and bobs about.
