Hi John, Yes all the news is good. The Windcraft guys here did a great job putting on the keel and rudder, antifouling, rigging and most of the electrics in less than 2 weeks. We will finish the minor things next month. Have only sailed it twice as we picked up on Christmas eve but she feels fast. Gust of 25 knots was no problem under self tacking 3 and full main. She is good eye candy as I keep getting visitors who want to check it out. You will not be disappointed! Regards chris cahill |

Buon Giorno, Thankyou for your message. Our mast was tuned in Pittwater Sydney but I have only had Freya for 1 week so I am still learning about it. We have come back from a four day cruise and she performed well. The mast has some pre-bend in it but we are still experimenting. We are going to put 2 steps on the base of the mast as we cannot reach the halyard for the main from the deck! We were in Italy in September . Where do you keep your boat? My boat is in Menton Garavan, just on the border between Italy and France, ten minutes from Monte Carlo. We spent the week end (is wintertime) mounting the gangway and working in the boat. I'm happy to know that a boat like mine is appreciate in a country where sailing is like a religion. Andrea & Gioi , Varese Italy |

Hi Andrea & Gioi, We actually own a 371 named 'Harvey Moon'. She is moored in Cap Ferrat, not far from Menton Garavan - we spent a night in Menton during last summer. The boat was new last April and delivered from the UK straight to the med. We have had a fabulous summer and cannot imagine ever wanting to moor her anywhere else. Perhaps we can meet sometime - as yet there are not many Hanses in South of France. Regards Sue and Martyn |

We got our hanse last july and are very satisfied. Our boat is in northern germany at the baltic sea, but here too are only very few 411 hanse boats, because most of them are built for export. So til now i dont know any other 411 owner. To chris in sydney: Sailing upwinds with our selftacking jib we had to reef the main at 14 kn appearing wind. I guess down under you are on the better way. Regards Bernd |

Hi Sue & Martyn, We will be happy to meet you in South of France when you 'll be there. We are not too far from the boat ( 3 hours of highway ), and if the weather is fair we can sail together. regards |
