B&G Zeus T12 MFD

   HiIt's a Zeus T12, I assume from 2014 when the boat was commissioned.
There are menu items for wifi with a couple of sub-menus, so I assume there is wifi capability buried in there somewhere.
I was trying to connect the MFD to my phone's hotspot so it could update itself.

	Ok. Later devices have built in WiFi Regardless, if you want to apply updates, the general advice is to download these to an SD card and install that way. Installing direct from the web via WiFi has been known to give issues

	Morning, the issue I have is that I cannot see the WiFi hot spot on either an android phone or I pad. On the menu there should be a WiFi tab,again not there! Least wise it shows one in the manual. I have subsequently been through the diagnostics and have found an error code currently waiting for the local specialist to come down and plug in their laptop. I will update once done. Thanks for all the input just determined not to have to spend thousands updating equipment that all works just to use am I pad.

	Hi I tried to connect to the MFD using a mobile hotspot at 2.4GHz - still no luck. I'm waiting for BandG to tell me about which upgrade pack I need. Cheers
