If not, how do you get to it to ensure all clips are tight and fitted correctly and all hoses are still connected as the service hatch is big enough for a five year olds hands to get through... but my 5 year old cant hold a screw driver or spanner usefully yet?

What a terrible mess - I am sorry to see this. This is surely one of those issues which should not occur in any case.

Would be very helpful if you could post where the overflow or leak was and how that was fixed.

Structure is less than optimal since there is no access to this system. I have checked all pipes and hoses but not the blackwater system on my #004 and for sure would like to check those too. Might do it now anyway despite lack of access...

We think the overflow vent got blocked with solid waste. Lent the boat to some friends for a weeks holiday, they don't sail and so she never left the marina to flush the tank. We explained that they couldn't put paper etc into it.And the two weeks we were on board with my little kids we think that initially they didn't quite understand the no toilet paper issue either. So as the tank filled up, the solid waste blocked the overflow pipe and in an attempt to flush the loo, the pressure has increased and forced the waste water out past some of the clips. Not able to be certain as can't access the tank properly, which is why we plan on removing that wall panel to see.
As soon as we're able, will post how and where specifically

We have always put toilet paper into the toilet. We buy Wilkinsons cheapest, which is very thin two ply. Almost disolves on sight of water. If using the black water tank, we put some toilet treatment in to start with. Hope we continue without problems.

My dealer suggested to add an access plate in the shower area below the existing one in order to have access to the connections, however take into consideration that there are 3 connectors on the top of the tank and one at the bottom for the overboard discharge. A real pain.
Good luck!
