Bob Stay

   Hi, I was following the thread about gennakers and Code 0s and the need for a bob stay to the factory fitted bow sprit / anchor holder. We had a furlstrom gennaker from day 1 and haven't had any issues with that, but have recently bought a Code 0 and the consensus seems that we should have a bob stay.Has anyone fitted this themselves and if so what is the best way of fixing the anchorage to the stem as I would guess that it is impossible to bolt through?
Looking forward to hearing the useful suggestions this forum always seem to elicit
