Your table looks great.  How has it fared in its first year at sea?  Are the brackets strong enough, or do you think it needs a folding leg to provide additional support.

I'm looking to get something like this for our 350, and am waiting for a quote from our man in Croatia.  As a alternative, there are ready made ones by KJ Howells in the UK.  For instance, one measuring 760mm long by 710mm wide when open would cost just over £200 or €240.

Hi Lyden
Sorry for my late reply
The table has fared very well after two years of charting.
Of course its not strong enough to hold all a mans weight but for normal use its strong enough.
Considering the size you should take notice to clear the cockpit floor when fully folded.
Also when raised the two halves should clear the grab rails of the console.

Thanks for the response - very useful.  How wide is the table when folded?

We have got a traveller on our H320.

Does anyone have experience with such a foldable table and a traveller?
The question is if the main sheet will run clear of the table or of you got in trouble with robes around the table.Question
