Thanks for further comments -
My boat is tiller steered so no binnacle to take advantage of. Think I will go to port side of cockpit beneath port winch and next to my chart plotter. My cockpit is similar to that picture posted by Fox on 7th march. Soon as its fitted - I'll post pic. Thanks again -

Kox - the (grey) Fox :-)

Since you're already occupying the bulkhead with your plotter, I'd place it next to it, like you suggest.

Thanks - Yes that is now the plan.
Saw Isotope  earlier today - She has just had her new antifouling applied, new prop anodes, prop cleaned and sparkling,  and hull polish - looking as good as new. Hopefully get a re-launch next week.....and then final preps for the season. Mind you it needs to warm up a bit here on the South Coast of England!
Thanks again for all comments and tips - very helpful.

Tell me about it. Ella had snow and ice on her when I was there Tuesday this week.
She has been in the water during winter. Had a couple of really nice tours on the fjords.

We take her out of the water for a week'ish in May and do the yearly maintenance ourselves. Cheapskates, we are :-)
