I have recently sailed from Plymouth to Baiona - after about 3 hours I had a low voltage alarm come up , one chart plotter went down and the autopilot switched itself off . The batteries on my Victron cerbo were showing 12.7v at 96% capacity (660ah)and then at 95% capacity they dropped to 11v . The boat was drawing no more than 200w during this time and I also had a Watt Sea 600 running . In Baiona all the batteries have been load tested and are fine. All connections checked how we the victron inverter charger is connected via the Hanse PCB and there is a voltage drop from the batteries to the Victron. The victron should be wired directly to the batteries however this does no account for the voltage issues when sailing . The electrican who looked at the system in Baiona thinks it may be an issue with the pcb board . Has anyone had a similar issue and if so what was the solution ?

I don't have a solution, but I'd be very curious to see what the voltage read at various points when the cerbo (I have the same, but sense wires connected directly to battery) was reading 11v. What was the reading at the battery? At the bus bar under the floor? At the power feed point on the PCB? At other locations around the PCB? It seems to me, if you definitely have good batteries, then the issue must be a poor connection, or a broken wire, or a broken trace on that massive PCB.
