Hello all,
Our boat is a 545e#268 delivered june 2010.After the first winter for 5 months on the hard we discover this on the hull below the waterline. 
we have a few spots like this.We called Hanse by or dealer and this is the answer in english"this little spots can be filled up with a putty knife, primer and antifouling and than it is history.If necessary knock arround carrefully ,principal this is nothing to worry abbout.The laminate we can see true the hole looks very healty to us.

mit Spachtel gefüllt werden, primern und Antifouling und dann ist das 
Geschichte. Evtl. sollte rundherum vorsichtig abgeklopft werden, ist aber 
prinzipiell nichts Dramatisches. Das Laminat, was in dem Löchlein zu sehen ist 
sieht sehr gesund aus.

	I'm guessing it's a "void" or air bubble between the gelcoat and fiberglass which can be filled as per Hanse's comment but my guessing isn't much help I'm sure. Maybe you can email your photo to a surveyor for a second opinion.

	Wild, What happened? In my opinion your dealer should fix it.
