Like some other Hanse owners, we have had a few issues with our windows. We thought we had them fixed when we were in Portugal but when we arrived in the Canary Islands one of them started to leak again. As we are here to get the boat ready to cross the atlantic with the A.R.C, I sent a short polite note to Hanse explaining our situation and hoping to be able to get something done about the window with a full expectation that nothing would be able to be done until we arrived back home to Australia. Lo and behold we were visited yesterday by a Hanse Technician who could not have been more helpful and has tried everything in his power to ensure we do not have any more problems with the window(s). In my humble opinion, I really feel that we have been treated exceptionally well in the circumstances and feel as though that the after sales service team at Hanse really do care about their boats and the plight of their owners.
