Looking to mount a bullseye to lead tackline for asymmetrical aft to the winches and wondering where folks have had luck mounting it on the forward cabin house. Thanks!

I take my tackline down the starboard side of the yacht and it is thread through bullesyes mounted on the stanchions, in a similar manner to the jib furling line. It runs back to a pulley mounted by the toerail (or in my case on it) at just about the same position as the cockpit coaming winches. This keeps the foredeck clear of any ropes and there is nothing crossing the path of the self tacker.
So when I have the cruising chute up, the tackline is lead up and forward from this pulley to the port cabin top winch, which is the jib winch, as this is not being used at that time. Thus I can easily adjust the position of the cruising chute tack. The position of the turning block was found by trial and error, so the rope did not rub on the cabin roof.

Martin & Rene - Thank you for the tip! I'd thought about that but was given advice to mount a bullseye or two on the cabin house and then run it back to the winches. I agree that it would create a bit of a hazard on the foredeck and will give it go with running down the toerail, note I am jealous you have a metal toerail with all those attachment points. A little more engineering on my end and it'll be all figured out! Many thanks for all the photos and counsel, very helpful.

Just to complete the details of my setup. On the first photo of the jib thread, you can see that the last stanchion bullseye that I have going forward is the one by the self tacker jib track, as the sheer-line of the yacht is basically straight from there. So you can see I fasten off on the guard-rails, the pulley and snaplinks that I fasten on to the bow of the yacht and the cruising chute .
At the stern, I have a stanchion cleat on the pushpit, and take the tackline to that and coil it there.
