Unfortunately I lost the gear for lifting the dinghy into the garage into the sea. Is there anyone who is not using his gear and is willing to sell?

Eric,

What gear are you referring to?

There was an $18,000 option for the 575 which provided the rollers and a reinforced stern gate to deal with the 600lb Williams Jet Tender.    I'm not sure that any of this "lifted" the dinghy.   There was probably a winch of some kind  that PULLED it into the garage using the rollers to avoid scraping.    The winch should be easy enough to replace.   If the custom components in the stern gate roller system went into the water somehow, I'm not sure how you get those.   Boatoon maybe?

Are you talking about the roller that clips onto the back of the swim platform?

I am referring to the gear that is hooked on to the bathing-platform-hatch. It is needed for lifting the dinghy to the rollers on the hatch.

Yes, I am referring to that spare part. Unfortunately neither Hanse nor boatoon has it in stock. They say that this part is not being produced any more.

It is the rollers that are hooked to the edge of the hatch. Boatoon has it on their shop-site but they don't have it in stock. They say that these parts are not produced any more.

Yes it is that part. However boatoon does not have it in stock. They say, it is not produced any more. I asked Hanse to at least send me the dimensional plans. There was no response!

I didn't spend the $18K on the HANSE option for this.   I found a way to do it all for about $4K.    One of the things I did was to get a local fabricator to crate the part which hangs off the stern and allows the dinghy to come out of the water.

Have you thought about just having something made?    Stainless steel and rollers would seem pretty simple.    Do you have pictures that would make building something easier?

Rick, thanks for your comment. If I can‘t get it anywhere else, having it handcrafted will be the only alternative.
