   Hi everyone

Regrettably we are selling our Hanse 445.  Thought this might be a good place for anyone looking as we are selling it privately.

She has low engine hours 1180hrs and in immaculate condition, no collisions or grounding and only been owned privately, no chartering.  She is well equipped for living aboard with brand new in 2022: solar panels (1050w) and solar panel arch, Watermaker (Seawater Pro 12V 60L/hr), battery bank (4 x 165amh Victron), SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 Victron.  In addition to this she has a Fischer Panda Generator with only 500hrs, 30kg Mantus Anchor, air conditioner/heater and much more.  Also with the highly desired light Italian oak interior.  She is located in the perfect position for the 2023 sailing season in Kalamata, Greece which has an international airport.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you're interested via direct message or jason_s06@hotmail.com
