In preparation for next winter's maintenance, and to be able to discuss with the yard:
Does anybody know how much height is required between bottom tip of the rudder and the ground to allow the 371's rudder to be removed? Many thanks!

If it's a similar Jefa steering setup to the 400 (1.98m draft), then FYI with the boat in a cradle adding about 30cm to the overall draft there was plenty of room to drop and remove the rudder. The bottom bearing rotates about the vertical in its 'cup'. So it helps that the rudder can slide out with a small lean backwards limited only by the diameter of the rudder tube.

Thanks Mark - yes, I believe the setup to be very similar if not equal to the 400.
