Hi, we have Hanse455, with the H5000 - Hydra. Suddenly the Autopilot wont work with the message, "No rudder response"

Anyone else who has the same experience?
Is this most likely a software issue?

Package includes: one Zeus2 touchscreen, one H5000 Control unit and B&G H5000 multifunction display at each helm station. An additional 2 B&G H5000 multifunction displays in the cockpit, B&G autopilot, GoFree Wireless Link, B&G VHF V50 at chart table, and remote wireless handset H50.

I'm re opening this thread as I have a similar issue.
At high speeds (4kts+) the autopilot is fine.  We've sailed almost 1,000Nm in the last month without major issues.
However early in the season there were a couple of instances where the autopilot disengaged.  I dismissed this thinking that we hadn't pressed the correct button, however we have just done a couple of very low speed trips and the autopilot continuously disengages after an interval with "no rudder response" message.  At higher speeds it works fine.
The RF25 is selected as the source for rudder feedback and it shows valid data.  The Zeus also shows correct rudder offset.
I have done dockside and sea commissioning again and still have this issue.

The Jefa DD1 drive was replaced just over a year ago and has never had water near the cable glands.

Can anyone assist in troubleshooting this problem?
