Noticed one of the Seldon connectors between the mainsail and the slider in the luff track failed today. Will attempt to upload pictures. The fitting is a Seldon 511-723. It's a U-shaped shackle with a riveted bolt through the swivel fitting on the sail. This is 1 of 3 of the heavier duty connections aligned with the battons. After hours on a weekend, so have not called Seldon or visited the chandlery yet. Curious if another member has experienced this failure? Presumably once I acquire a replacement part, the "bolt" will need to be riveted into place. This will also be a good time to re-lube the sliders and the track.

I can't remember how mine failed, but I know one did and I just ordered two replacements of the full car although I am aware that you can get individual spare parts.  I think that you might find that the two parts that are riveted together come as a single item.
You probably need to find a Selden distributor or rigger to supply these.

Thank you for the suggestion on the full car. I temp fixed the fitting with a new 12m bolt/washer/nut and will get with the Seldon dealer on the permanent fix back home next month.
