   Yes, another post on the dreaded Wurth panel!
We recently replaced our house batteries on our 2014 Hanse 505, and the Wurth panel is no longer powering on. This is the 2nd time we have replaced the house batteries, the first time was without issue.

We have checked and there is power to the main bus, there is power to the relays, but the logic board itself will not power on and none of the lights or switches are functional. We have scoured the Wurth manual for any details of course, and there are none that could help us with this issue.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a hidden inline fuse to the control/logic board that we have been unable to locate? Or perhaps an undocumented startup key press sequence after full power loss?

Would appreciate any ideas others have. Since spares for this panel do not seem available from Hanse, the alternative would be to try a replacement with a CZone system (seems like it would pose a similar liability on failure) or a Blue Sea panel or similar, which we may eventually do, but would ideally get the Wurth panel back online in the short term.

All suggestions appreciated!

	The main battery switch is on, right. I know, this sounds elementary, but maybe you turned it off when changing the battery and didn’t turn it back on? The main bus would still have power as there are other circuits that don’t go through the battery switch. The Würth panel definitely does. Hope you figure it out. Replacing that panel looks tedious.

	Drop the panel and you will see the fat red cable attached to it by 8mm nut something. Take the voltmeter and measure the voltage with it, should be around 12V. If not, its a problem with a fuse at positive busbar. Edited by marsella - 19 September 2025 at 04:53

	There must be a low amperage fuse somewhere on the Wurth panel itself for protection. The larger fuse on the main bussbar is to protect the main feed for the many branch circuits. Edited by Arcadia - 19 September 2025 at 12:50

	Thanks all for the ideas. Yes, the battery switches are on, never hurts to check! :) We have verified power to the bus bar, and also power to the relays themselves. We haven't been able to find a low amperage fuse yet, but that is a fairly logical item that could need fixing. Will keep searching and post photos if we find one.

	I was looking up in the manuals to see where the Würth panel draws its power from. So, in my 458 the positive lead TO the Würth panel comes off of X8.1 on the high load power board underneath the nav table. I’ve enclosed a picture where you should be able to find that cable. The boat manual says that X8.1 should have a 50 amp fuse but I can’t see where that is in the picture and I’m not on the boat to check. Good luck!
