I am about to construct a new one for Bluenote 2 from 8mm polycarbonate sheet which should be a bit stronger than the original

Hi,
Thank you for the offer of providing me with a new washboard.
Do you think that if you use your washboard as a template that it would fit my boat, are all 301 washboards the same???
If you think that it would be OK what would you charge for he new washboard???
