Cockpit table.

   Hi,
We have recently purchased a Hanse 300 and are considering installing a cockpit table, the prefered table would be a single pedestal with a recessed plate in the floor, a hole somewhere around 50mm diameter would need to be drilled thru' the cockpit floor. Has anybody had any experience of this, is the floor single skin or double, any help would be great.
