We have the very shiny cherry wood on the inside of the boat. Has anyone any ideas as to where we can get a touch up varnish that matches. jon mason (Nirvana hull 117) |

Jon, Are you sure you have the Cherry wood? I was not aware that any 371's came with it - only the reddish mahogany finish. Bob, 371-#235 |

Yes, I think you may be right, it is red and probably is mahogany. |

I believe that any good marine varnish will closely match the interior if you start with a solid honduras mahogany stock or brunzeel mahog plywood and the surface is prepared and sanded well. The secret is to use enough coats and to sand and prep well between each. Bob |

Thanks for that, however I was hoping someone would know the exact colour of varnish or manufacturers number.
