Hanse Rigging, Commissioning?

I have been reading many of these forums on the 545, and I have to say, I got a bit scare!
what do they mean, when they say "no one knows how to rig, trim the boat"?
Shall I just go for a Dufour 525? or Beneteau? at least they know what they are doing?
Say, I decide to go with Hanse, where shall I get it commissioned? in Isola (slovenia) or South of France? If no one knows how to rig and trim the boat correctly, who will do it? Will the UK or Turkey dealer be present at the site?
What happens, if you get a boat bought by a UK dealer, delivered in south of France, and you sail to Turkey and find out that things are not good? Shall we call UK dealer to take care of it? or if sail around Turkey, should I opt for the Turkish dealer?

I am sure you can find a lot of people who can trim the boat everywhere.

Most of the complants about this subject in this forum come from people who expect to get exact trimming directions from Hanse. But the exact length of the forestay (for example) differs a little bit from boat to boat and has to be determined localy by a compitent trimer. Also the tensions differ acording to the way the boat will be sailed (cruising or racing for example). The sailmaker can make these decisions.
The other boats you mention are cruising andd charter boats and easier to trim. Of course they sail much slower than a well trimmed Hanse.

Guys, I am a happy owner now of a 545. Just signed with UK dealer, and requested that Aura Yachting to be on commissioning and warranty service for the Turkish leg. They are both very god companies, so I expect best of both world. However, I really need you experiences to avoid small mistakes.... Any common problems you guys had, you wished you did not?

How do you check the windows? I mean, if its not raining, you just poor some water on the windows?

Yep, that's right...just undo some of the screws on the ceiling - get a flash light and look inside while someone would flush the windows with a garden hose from the outside....be prepared to gather some incoming water...Panos is right...Hanse is supposed to leak, but let's hope you're amazingly lucky and wonders never cease...
