I Think the new website is to irritating.

Why have videos playing in the background? I closed the website after a few minutes due to the background.
I prefer a nice and clean website.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for this feedback.  Hanse have just launched the new site and I think it is too complicated for most peoples computers (ours in the office cannot cope very well).

I have given this feedback to the web designers in Germany and hope they will be able to make the changes quickly to make it more useable.

The good news for you is that there will be an owners area where all the technical documents and other useful information will be available.  This has been developed thanks to the requests from MyHanse which is great!

Kind regards

Phil

Thanks Phil for alerting the guys in Greifswald. I also had the impression that they are in an active listening mode to their customers ( including myhanse ). I was delighted to see that they have now a hinged electrical panel at the Nav station.
I think the owners area is the best idea since the invention of cold beerSmile
