Hi Again,

I've been away for a while. Working to pay for my habit.

It's that time of the year again, launching my 341 next Saturday, now fingers crossed for fair weather this week so  I can get a coat of polish (of some sort) on the hull.

I would like ot ask if any forum members have any experience of so-called NANO products. I am considering to try the following:

more product specific detail in Swedish here:

Sounds almst too good to be true for a guy like me who does not care for polishing several times a season.

Any comments welcomed.

Cheers

p.s. Some time ago there was mention on here of the different Gelcoat colours. Can anyone let me know the correct 'code' for the 'off-white' or 'Ivory' shade used by Hanse.

Thanks

Hi

The name of the offwhite gelcoat is: Scott Bader white, 3101.
On the site of the dealer in England you can order it. You need to ad sillicon, I don`t know how that works.

Hi,
The nano tec polish works fine. Almost as good as what you normally use.
We prefer Hempels (Blakes) Custom Marine Polish and High Wax Gloss. The nano tec stuff has not yet reached an exeptionel benefit for boatowners, but they do have good people in marketing dept. Wink
