It's the big sea cock located aft beside the toilet and forward under the zink.
You close it when you want to use the holding tank and open it when you want to let out directly.

Are the toilets filling after or during you flush? Do you have manual or electric toilets with fresh water flush?

Sounds like your seals are leaking. Perhaps it needs cleaning inside and new seals.

If you have electric toilets you can adjust the flush on a small potentiometer on the back of the 2-button panel.
If you have manual toilets it sounds like you need to check your seals.

There is maybe 2 problems:
1st : if waste is coming back into the bowl, its you're JOCKER valve that needs to be changed. 2nd: If the toilet is not getting empty when you open the valve it could be because of mussles that are starting to accumulate in you're sea cock. I participate because it ( both ) happened to me last summer on my 470. I have both manual and electric toilets John (Jean)
