Does anyone know what the max weight capacity is for the hydraulic stern door?  My wife was wondering if it was ok if all three of us sat on it at the same time or if it would cause damage.

On the 505, the door is supported by dyneema lines run to pad-eyes when fully open. We don't put any weight on the platform unless fully open. When fully open, we have no limit. We've had 6 people on there.
