Does anyone know how these fasteners work, I.e., can the panels be disassembled? I need to access the refrigeration unit because it isn’t working. I suspect that I’m going to have to cut something but it would be a pleasant surprise if I could just take it apart. I have read the previous threads on the topic.
I have a 2020 458.

Sorry about the alignment. I don’t know why it rotates them and I don’t feel Ike fighting with it.

Getting the doors off is the only easy bit!  There is a tab at the back of the hinge that will release the entire hinge unit from the mounting plate on the side without affecting the adjustment screws.

Unfortunately I can't report any success in dismantling the cupboards themselves.  The plastic fixings have a large screw and in theory all you need to do is make a partial turn on these to release the fitting.  If you have ever assembled IKEA furniture you'll know what I mean.

I have tried this in several locations without success.  I guess that glue or mastic has also been used to give the furniture sufficient stiffness to withstand the movement inherent in sailing.

Please keep us updating your progress and solution.  I have a replacement thermostat and additional ventilation fan I'd like to fit to my fridge next season and will consequently need a way to get access.

Yes, the plastic fitting are for quick assembly / disassembly, but Hanse uses glue as well.

I assume that they are the minifix cam lock fasteners that I used to use by the 1000 when I had my joinery business

Yeah, that’s the conclusion I’m coming to. I think I’m going to hire somebody to do the destruction. I don’t have the tools or the expertise to do this without butchering it. I’d like it to look nice after the work is done and be able to be disassembled should the need arise again. I have zero confidence in the durability of any boat refrigeration or air conditioning system based on my experiences so far.

 I was trying to get a link that worked.
In any event. If the you tube vid that I have now linked to is too long just google "Hafele minifix fasteners"
You just rotate the cam 90 degrees & it releases the stud. The panels will then separate.
I would be surprised if Hanse bothered to apply adhesive. However if they did then score the veneer along the joint line with a very sharp knife & break the joint once you remove the cams.
The idea of cutting the veneer is to stop it pulling away with any glue when you pull the 2 parts apart.
But as I said I do not expect that there is any glue along that joint. More likely another part of the cabinet will be fixed with a sika (or similar mastic) fillet to the GRP & you will have to cut that. You can get special knives to remove mastic fillets quite cheaply which strip the fillet very quick without damage to the surrounding work

I had to remove the forecabin locker on my 418 and fiddled with those fixings before realising the whole module would come out. There was a light application of brown mastic that I had to pry open. Not familiar with the 458 or what access is required but can you remove a whole section, or an adjacent section, rather than disassembling?

Not sure about that. Probably not. The galley cabinets are topped by the solid corian countertop. Space underneath is at a premium and I might have to remove the oven just to have enough room. They could have made this a lot easier IMHO.

On my boat the cabinet surrounding the refrigerator was glued along the edges, as discussed. I've taken a few sections apart in other areas and I've found that Hanse was generous in its use of adhesives. 

After getting the fitting on the release position, use a very thin blade, work slowly along the edge, use some tape to prevent things from getting scratched, be patient, and it will come apart. Reassemble in reverse. I think the glue keeps things tight at sea and likely minimizes noise.
