The Owners Manual says 210 Litres approx. for fuel and 450 L approx for water. It notes that all the fuel capacity may not be available to use so a reserve of 20% should be kept.
We replaced the original senders with a pressure sensing unit and that has been accurate across the range. For fuel I monitor engine hours and budget 5 Litres per hour at 2200 RPM - it is usually closer to 4 litres per hour.

This is not a rehearsal. Go for it. Kiakaha

On our 575 I replaced all the resistance based sensors (fresh water, black water, fuel, etc) with maretron ultrasonic sensors. Less chance of something getting stuck. These are voltage based sensors so the calibration process is the same but with different values. Its worked like a champ so far. |

Thqnk you Ludi. I entered the values you provided. I hope I can get near-accurate measurement information. When I asked the same question to chat cpt, he also gave me some additional 25% off-set values. He also gave me 10% off-set values. Do you recommend I enter those as well?

Rather than trust someone’s values, what i did was buy $6 flow meter from amazon. If you know the size of the tank, you can capture readings every 10 gallons or so. Litres if that is what you use. ![]() Not saying they are wrong, just another way to do it. Load 10 gallons, take a reading. Load another 10, take a reading. That way you know they are right for your boat. I got 10 calibration points this way. Oh.. and for fuel, that's what the diesel pump reads. Just stop every X gallons and take a reading..
