Swim Platform aka Transom Door hydraulic motor

   My swim platform hydraulic motor has been running slower and slower, and finally stopped. I've done some trouble-shooting, and I think the most likely problem is worn out brushes. However, I'm not sure how to ID the motor, and I don't know how to find replacement brushes. It isn't as simple as using generic brushes, because they are soldered to the brush holders (maybe called brush racks?). I haven't been able to identify replacements for these. Any help is appreciated.
