470e chainplate access

   Hi Everyone, thanks for having me on the forum.
New owner of Zephir, 2008 470e.

Currently want access to the top of the grid/bottom of chain plate bolts (or behind the port and starboard Rum cabinets.

There must be a smart way that doesn’t involve cutting the boat.

Please enlighten me!
