Hello guys,

Our sliding screen/shade fabric covering the two large hatches in the main living room, is worn out. The boat is a Hanse 545 from 2012 The screen consists of two different fabrics. One side is a relatively thick fabric with a refection fabric on top, the other side has a thin netting keeping insects out. ,
Does anyone have information about where to find such fabric/hatch?

Cheers

My 575 is from 2014 and the reflective fabric is completely shot and looks awful.I too would love to know the answer to this question.

On our 575 these are branded Oceanair and I have previously replaced the insect screens on two of the hatches in our foreward cabin which I sourced from Oceanair. I think Oceanair was bought by the Dometic Group in 2017 but the products are still sold under the Oceanair name. I assume you could also get replacement parts via the Hanse Shop.

Hi, sounds like the same fabric that was on Night Train.
The original blinds were made by OceanAir but unfortunately they have discontinued the type of blinds that we had. Their replacement versions are incredibly flimsy and hard to use without damaging the roller mechanism
We only replaced the foreward two, if I had to replace the others I would find a different brand
All the best

I am based in Sydney and am very knowledgeable on all things to do with hatches and windows. I had never re strung these pleated shade s reen assemblies until the past few days. They are very intricate and tricky if the cord breaks. If anyone has an issue with these or hatches and windows feel free to contact me for advice or assistance. Kind regards,
Justin
