Folding prop with overdrive vs regular folding

   Hi everyone My gearbox is broken and I need to replace many parts of it.
 Actually I have a Gori 3 blades and apparently it could be the cause.
The official mechanic of Volvo penta says the overdrive is dangerous for the gearbox and also for the turbo charger. Volvo penta doesn’t give any warranty with an overdrive system.
If I want to have a folding propeller it’s fine but without overdrive.
Any suggestions?
